Amanda Bradham-Little

Co-Founder and Chief Creative Officer

Amanda is a marketing powerhouse with a philanthropic soul.

She is known for sharp ideas, strategic clarity, and the kind of energy that turns good concepts into unforgettable brands. With more than 25 years of experience in branding, promotion, events, and custom swag and merch, she has mastered the art of storytelling that sticks. Her work blends meaningful community engagement with strategy that actually works.

Google Ads, Google Analytics, and HubSpot certified, Amanda has earned numerous accolades. These include Philanthropist of the Year and Mentor of the Year, twice. She is also a published author of the international best-selling book Lead, Lift, and Leave a Legacy: Shining a Light on the Remarkable Journeys of Women Leaders and Their Mentors. The book celebrates women who lead with purpose and lift others along the way.

Giving back is central to Amanda’s work. She serves on the Board of Trustees for the National Multiple Sclerosis Society, Gateway Chapter, and co-chairs its Dinner of Champions. In 2024, she was honored as one of the organization’s Persons of Courage. She also supports the Humane Society of Missouri through the Purses for Pooches and Happy Tails Gala event committees. It is an organization especially close to her heart.

Amanda has been married to her husband, Jason, since 2010. Together they have two Shih Tzus, Leo and Lucy. Whether she’s leading a strategy session, curating the perfect piece of swag, or sneaking in dog smooches between meetings, she brings heart, hustle, and a little humor to everything she does.

Shelli

Strategic Director & Client Champion

Shelli is the creative heartbeat behind Pencil Haus’s social media magic.

She is known for transforming great ideas into scroll-stopping stories that captivate audiences and build lasting connections. Equal parts strategist and storyteller, she knows how to find a brand’s authentic voice and make it sing across every platform. From content calendars to clever captions, Shelli brings rhythm, relevance, and heart to every post she touches.

When she’s not mapping out campaigns or brainstorming her next big idea, you’ll likely find her at a live concert, glamping under the stars, or curating the perfect playlist for any occasion.

Married to her college sweetheart, Scott, for 25 years, Shelli is the proud mom of two amazing kids, Lydia and Mitchell – plus Cali (short for California), their adorably spoiled pup. For Shelli, creativity, connection, and a good beat are the keys to a life well-lived – and the secret to building brands that move people.

Lauren

Creative Strategist & Brand Visionary

Lauren is the numbers-driven strategist behind Pencil Haus’s growth

She is known for transforming data into direction and crafting razor-sharp SEO and digital marketing strategies that help brands rise above the noise. With a keen eye for analytics and a knack for storytelling, she bridges the gap between insight and imagination, ensuring every campaign delivers measurable impact.

When she’s not deep in dashboards or fine-tuning content performance, you’ll find her cheering on her kids, Natalie and Chase, at one of their many sporting events, or scoping out the best local coffee spots for her next caffeine fix. An avid reader of historical fiction and lifelong learner, Lauren brings curiosity and balance to everything she does.

She’s been married to her husband, Matt, for 16 years. Together with Natalie, Chase, and their two lovable dogs, Nico and Kenzie, she keeps life lively and laughter-filled. For Lauren, it’s all about blending insight, creativity, and family – and finding joy (and a strong cup of coffee) in the everyday chaos.
